When I install Service Pack 2 I can no longer get downloads from the
Internet. In fact the program takes over my computer and won't let
me reset the security level. When I try to lower it or change Java
settings to allow the downloads they change back as soon as I leave
the settings dialog box.
If you are unable to change Internet Explorer security levels: this is a
symptom of having been infected by certain malware. Even if you have been
disinfected, this problem remains. Does this apply in your situation?
