By all means, try removing it to see if it fixes the problem. Missing fixes
can always be re-applied later!
Elsewhere, someone has reported that removing 904706 helped with Rollup 2.

Thanx...I've been atempting to install the rollup for almost a month
now and nothing worked. I must have unstalled/installed Net 1.1 ten
different times with no joy...the trick was the removal of 904706.
Once that was done, rollup installed in a snap.
