Answer #1: No the key shown above does not match the key that is
sticked on the side of my computer.
Answer #2: The Microsoft Product key which is sticked on the side of
my computer says That it is Windows SP Home Edition. But after I took
this computer to the store to fix it The Computer Says Windows XP Pro.
Answer #3: The Microsoft Product Key that is sticked to the side of my

Another Heads up for ROBIN.
Robin as I mentioned above The computer Use to alwayse pass the
validation therefor it was working fine. I am not sure if you have
heard of this store Called "Best Buy" ( I know its a really big, big
franchise store in Canada.) Anywayse that was where I bought my
computer With Windows XP home edition pre-installed.
Later that year the computer got messed up and so I took the computer
to repair store to fix it for a super cheap price, $30 WOW. The
computer got fixed but I couldnt get any Windows updates anymore, and
I couldnt download anything that required Windows Genuine Validation.
Emad, you have clearly been the victim of a fraud perpetrated by the store.
You have every right to demand that they put your PC right again. They
should either properly re-install the XP Home Edition for which you have a
legitimate Product Key, or they should provide you, at their expense, with a
properly licensed retail XP Pro. You should not have to suffer because of
what they have done.
I'm afraid that, because your Product Key is for XP Home, and the system is
currently XP Pro, you will not be able to use the utility to change your
Product Key to legitimse the system.
