Hmmm... judging by that log file, there is more wrong with your system than
a magic pill could fix.
To narrow down the possibilities a bit, can you download the diagnostic
program from
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=56062
run it, click "Copy to clipboard", and then past the clipboard into a
follow-up in this thread.
Also, go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and click "Start
Diagnostic", and follow through with the instructions. If you reach the
other end, click "Windows Validation".
If all that works, are you now able to install 905474 update?
