I can only download from Dell, they don't have my specific model
The nVidia "GeForce and TNT2" driver supports all models of desktop GeForce
card, including your 6800. The Dell site is hopelessly out of date on
nVidia driver updates, and it is well worth going direct to nVidia.
You are quite right and I downloaded the drivers from nvidia and successfully
installed them but this did not correct the microsoft problem. I still was unable
to access my address book even with Nview desktop disabled. I uninstalled
the update again.
