I have a customer's IBM laptop which has XP Home. After trying to
run updates it says "Invadid Product Key". However according to
Microsoft it is working ok. Also was told by Microsoft rep to
contact IBM but they say everything is ok. Anyone have any ideas?
Unfortunately for you - IBM is your point of contact for support on that
particulat installation of Windows XP - assuming it came with Windows XP
Home Edition that is.
How are you trying to "run updates" and what does the event log say?
