I got the same thing on two different machines and I've tried each several
times.

I received the same error when attempting to pull the update from my
WSUS server. When I pull that update from the Microsoft Updates web
site, I don't have any issues. I have a feeling there is an invalid
hash on the WSUS version that is being downloaded that failes download
hash check that is perfomed by the client.

A chart on http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/archive/wuc.htm with the error
descriptions seems to point to this for 0x80242006.

SUS_E_UH_INVALIDMETADATA - The caller passed an update with invalid
metadata to the handler

I was poking around for a way to force WSUS to repull a file, but it
looks like the only way is for MS to revision it.
