Hi,
It appears that one of the depended service has failed to start or is
disabled.
Please try:
1. go to start, run, and type services.exe. double-click on the Spooler
service.
check the dependencies and take note of any dependencies other than RPCSS
2. Try to repair any services that do not start that may be causing the
Spooler
service to fail to start (such as lxbce service from lexmark)
3. If necessary, Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler
The DependOnService value by default should be set to RPCSS
Delete any offending values, such as "lexbces" so that the spooler
service can
start sucessfully again.
Thank you
Eric
