Disabled KB891711 and all but Systray and ScanReg...... installed update (in
safe mode) ....rebooted....installed regedit 4 fix......rebooted......still
cannot access WU site......get administrators only message.

Disable at least KB891711 temporary and the other ones listet via msconfig
for Autostart.
