Here goes:
a. Windows 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 : Service Pack 2), English
b. Office 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2 (taken from Outlook) or Office 2003
(11.6560.6568) taken from Excel also English
c. Error Code: 0x80070643 taken from Microsoft Update History (I have
followed the suggested fix for this error code but this made no difference)
d. Version 7.10.3191.0
e. No third party add-ins
f. Trend AV - have not disbaled this as our policy does not allow this
g. Yes it does scan e-mail and no Outlook was not open.
