I would like to help. Could you elaborate a little on your problem? For
instance:
1. Which OS are you updating? Windows XP Home Edition or Professional?
Windows 2000 Professional, Server, Advanced Server, or Datacenter
Server?
Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, Blade Edition, Enterprise
Edition, or
Datacenter Edition?
2. Were you able to perform other updates on this machine prior to
this
failure?
3. Which custom update? Was this a critical update?
4. What make and model of box are you updating? Ex: Dell Optiplex 110,
HP
Pavillion ze4000, etc.
