Hi Robert,
Thank you for your help. You really sound like you know what you are talking
about. Unfortunately, i don't have a clue what you are talking about. I think
it's because i'm not half as advanced as you are in this area.

OK, i did that. Didn't see anything regarding permissions at all. Saw
'general', 'virus property', and summary, but that's it.
How do i change the current settings from

That doesn't appear to be an option. It's not in my list, and i don't see a
field in which to input that information.
Like i said, i think you do know how to solve this problem; i just don't
understand what you are saying. I will, however, continue to try to figure it
out :~)
