RE: problem installing critical update KB896688



Thanks Dan, I will try turning off my AV software, when I download it again
and try to install it. I appreciate the quick answer with your experience. It
seems there was not alot of testing with this download set. Maybe 7 or 8
items is too much for the average PC to accept?
