If you are willing to tangle with Microsoft support, start here:
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?&ln=en-us&gprid=6527
Unlimited WU support requests are included at no charge.
Maybe you could find the German equivalent page - I couldn't.
The news interface you use is OK, Outlook Express is better.
To use OE you need to mis-state your email address to avoid
getting spammed. For example, I use sp@xxxxxx
It's possible that someone in general visual studio could help:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.vstudio.general
Start with that link, copied and pasted in IE's address window
It ought to open the vstudio group in Outlook Express.
