Hi;
You stated in various prior posts:
a. The updates were installed, you were suspicious since no KB articles present at that time.
b. You used System Restore to go back to a configuration set that did not contain the updates
c. You now see the updates ready to install.
All the above is expected behavior. The Windows Update History will show the updates as installed because they were. This is history and cannot be changed ::: you did (!) install the updates at that time.
You then removed the updates by invoking System Restore. Thus your system no longer had the updates. Thus now Microsoft Update is telling you they are needed.
You need to have the updates installed. Please do so. Note that when complete you will see a second list of those updates in Windows Update History --- which will be a record of when you installed them this second time.

I can only report what I have found on my personal PC. It may, of course, be different for others - but if something/someone has caused me a problem, it must, surely, be happening to someone else!
My Udate "History" shows that the 9 new udates HAVE been installed on my PC (as one might expect, as I'm on Automatic Updates). However, If I carry out a scan to determine if I need any new updates - Lo & behold, I'm advised to install the 9 updates all over again!
In the past, once the new updates have been installed, the next scan has advised me that my PC is up-to-date (or some such phrase). SOMETHING has changed - but I do not know what, or how.
Will someone please take this seriously (OK, I may be getting this completely wrong, but are you sure?!!). I await further comment.
