Unable to install KB842773

Need Help-

I have WinXP Professional SP1 and have been Unable to install Update for
Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1
(KB842773).

The installation failure error code is Error Code: 0x80070002.
