Perhaps a Computer Magazine may have SP2 update on it's CD. Ask a friend if they have a copy of SP2.

anyone have a disk of SP2 for Windows XP?
Microsoft help is useless, they no longer have one, and my dialup message
says it will take 8 hours and 7 minutes to download it.
I did it once, and in the middle of installing it I got disconnected, and my
computer was so hosed that I had to reformat the hard drive and start from
scratch.
I dont want to go thru that again, and don't DARE turn on microsoft update-
it just tries to reinstall SP2 again.
Microsoft said I could try working with a support person, but how would that
stop it taking 8 hours and 7 minutes to download?. they don't offer details.
I'm extremely disapointed with the MICROSOFT help desk.If you dont have
DSL,I guess you're just screwed when it comes to help.
As big as Microsoft is you would think someone would have a disk?
Guess i'm just small change to Bill Gates.
