A third-party firewall or network security product is stripping identifying
information from the User-Agent string which IE is sending.
What remains makes it look as if the browser is not IE.
Disable or remove your third-party network software (but ensure that
the XP firewall is enabled.) Otherwise figure out how that software
is interfering with the User-Agent header and disable that "feechur".
