Windows Server 2003 SP1 update failure

When installing the Service Pack 1 download on my Win2K3 Standard Edition
system I get the following message in an error box:

An error in updating your system has occurred.
Select 'OK' to undo the changes that have been made.

c:\windows\svcpack.log has the following just before eof:

4816.812: Starting process: C:\WINDOWS\uddisp.exe install
"c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download\07b78c7760805d7be4041803c8bb0993\\"
4853.984: Return Code = 1603
4853.984: DoInstallation: RunInfProcesses for ProcessesToRunAfterCopying
failed.
4853.984: Service Pack 1 Setup encountered an error: An error in updating
your system has occurred.
4879.469: Unregistration of sprecovr successful

It looks like the problem has something to do with UDDI. Does anyone know
what to do about it?

Thanks,
_Wayne
