SP-3 fixes?
There is no such thing as Windows XP SP-3 and probably will not be for a
year or more.
Therefore whatever you are posting about should be considered suspicious at
best and possibly dangerous and should be avoided by anyone who considers
their computer security important.

All patches are freely available directly from Microsoft.
There is no source outside of Microsoft legitimately distributing Microsoft
patches.
