Windows 2000 Server Can access Windows Update Site.

Hi….

I have 10 Windows 2003 servers, 10 XP workstations, and 10 Windows 2000
Servers. All of the W3K and XP machines can go to the windows update site
and I can do updates. NONE of the W2K servers can get to the “Express or
Custom” screen.

In all cases, I am getting error : 0x80072F78. This is the log:

All machines are on the SAME LAN. (172.23.137.XXX). All use the same proxy
server.

It can’t be a proxy problem, because the network configuration is exactly
the same. I have tried almost everything.

Can anyone help?
