I recommend that others here do *not* follow this suggestion.

If your problem involves KB823353:

1. State your Windows version;

2. Outlook Express: Help > About > Files: Post the version listed here of MSOE.DLL and INETCOMM.DLL.

3. Include KB823353 in your post's Subject. Someone will get back to you shortly.
