Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

It *does* work but you must install KB823353 and KB897715 not via Windows Update but via files downloaded from Windows Catalog.

You still don't have KB897715, a Critical Security Update (MS05-030), installed, Burak.
