Error number: 0xC8000711

Help, my "WindowsUpdate" use to works perfectly but recently, doesnt
work anymore. I keep getting a [Error number: 0xC8000711] "The website
has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to
view."
I use Windows 2000 pro (genuine) with IE6,(all in french) i am the only
user whith full autority.
When i try to go to Windows Update I close all my protections (pop-up
killer, firewall and anti-spyware) I even set the minimum security in
IE6 to allow activX. Nothing works.
All the hints I found at Windows knowlage and problem solving database
and in news groups related to this problem doesnt solve it so far.
I manualy re-downloaded the SP4 from Microsoft and re-install it. I
also downloaded and install the "Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4"
and a hot fix named "Qfecheck.exe". Problem still remain.
Is it a way I can restore (re-install) the "Windows Update" application
itself?
Someone suggested it could have something to do whith the Certificate
Authority but I dont know what to do with it...
When I check my Windows Update.log file I notice something strange,
there is two file there one is named "Windows Update.log" and the other
"WindowsUpdate.log" (without space between "Windows" and "Update") the
second one contain the error message. Is it normal or could that give a
hint on the problem origin ?
If some expert could help me I would greatly apreciate. Here is a copy
