Re: Why does microsoft update want to keep installing the same upd

I did download it from the downloads site, but when I clicked on it to
install, I got the message: this update requires outlook express service pack
1 to be installed first. I do have IE6 installed. How do you install the
patch without version checking? I've never done it. Thanks.
