I think this issue is related with wrong permissiones in DCOM...
the error code 0x80240020 means

"SUS_E_NO_INTERACTIVE_USER
interactive user is missing to finish the operation"

1. So, go to start > run and type dcomcnfg

2. In the new windows navigate to components service > my computer,
right click in "my computer" and select properties.

3. Click "dcom security" tab, and click in "select default values"
under "Launch and Activate Permissions",

4. Verify that the following users are listed in the access permissions,
or add the users if they are not listed:

Adminitrator
SYSTEM
INTERACTIVE,

5. check boxes "local execution" and "local activation" for the SYSTEM
and Interactive groups, and all boxes for the administrator,

Also, verify On the Tab Default Properties, "Enable Distributed COM on
this Computer" is checked. "Enable COM Internet Services on this
Computer" is unchecked "Default authentication Level" is Connect
"Default Impersonation Level" is Identify..."

I hope that you understand me and this help you, i'm spanish and my
windows xp is in spanish....
