Re: Why does microsoft update want to keep installing the same upd

Hi, I did what you suggested, but the windows update site says that I have
hidden important updates and my computer is at risk. How can I make sure the
update is really installed or not? One more thing, when I went to the
security at home site and the page identified my operating system, it said It
appears you are running xp with sp2. But my operating system is 2000
professional with service pack 4. Is there something wrong with how the
update site detects the system Ï'm using?
