Translations to english....


start /run and type regedit, navigate to the key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SvcHost

In the right panel find "netsvcs", doble click and check if the
WUAUSERV and BITS is listed. If isn't listed, add both values and reboot
the system,
