Terry,

First of all: pls. be a little polite to anyone trying to give you the
assistance you want! Robert's comments ARE valid: there is a download for the
wizard (try search for 896344) and if you install that, you'll find that
probably KB890046 (xpsp3res.dll) was not valid.
