Error 0x80246008 and error 998 when starting BITS
Recently my dad restored the computer back to a previous point using system
restore. Since then I've been having problems with windows update. I
followed the instructions that microsoft had posted. But when I tried to
start BITS, I got this response: Error 998 invalid access to memory location.
It happened again when I tried to register qmgr.dll.
Can anyone help.
