Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Resubmitting this - this is driving me and my users crazy!!! No one has any
idea what is going on????

On both Dell GX270s and Precision 650s running SP1 - no rhyme or reason, but
I suspect some update from Microsoft - I am running WSUS and only
auto-approving
all critical patches and software updates (Office) - no drivers or service
packs. This
is crippling my users - anyone else seeing this?
