bits error

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I had a power hit while installing w2k3 sp 1

now it just fails fast each time with a bits error.

I searched for big files but cound not find anything that looked like sp1.
Where is bits storing the file?
I need to shoot it.
