RE: All Windows Updates Fail

I get no error code. My history shows that the Installer 3.1 was successfully
installed (no updates thereafter). I downloaded the Information Tool from
Microsoft. Now in add/remove programs the Installer and 5 Hotfixes are blank
where "installed & date" should be. Could this be that the Installer was not
loaded successfully and that I need to install it again? If so, where can I
find it?
