Please try this, and post back to this thread whatever the outcome:
1. Open Control Panel 2. Click on Add/Remove Programs 3. Look through the updates for KB823353 4. Uninstall this update 5. Reboot if prompted 6. Close Add/Remove Programs and the Control Panel 7.
