I've seen the article below. I tried those methods, except the last one
because the only way we can access to internet is using the proxy server, we
don't have direct access. After trying all, nothing happens.

My feeling is that the problem's origin is something stored in the PC,
connected to Windows Update. This because the Windows Installer downloaded
and is well installed and removal tool KB890830 don't. I really would like
to know what is the problem!! Do you have more ideas?
