Update to SP2

When i udapted to service pack 2. when ever i go to open explorer i get an
error message it reads.

Explore.exe -Aplcation Error

The intruction at "0x0282e9dc" reference membry at "0x00000000". The Memory
could not be "written".

Click on OK to Terminate the Program
Click on Cancel to debug the program.

I not knowing how to program of course click on ok and say WTF. so i ask you
first what is the error and 2ndly how can i fix it .
