Failing Updates

My updates always fail on my computer. I have tried to download them
manually, and have it done automatically but neither works. A while back I
was able to fix the problem by typing something into the CMD Prompt however,
I forgot my fix. I have tried the Services fix, the REGSERV 4 line fix... and
other multiple things. I believe that the main problem is that I operate on a
LAN with a proxy (if needed I use DSL). The error messages that I recieve
are:
