What version of video card hardware do you have?
If it is any model of All In Wonder Radeon card the CD you got from ATI
should work and the downloaded drivers should be used to upgrade the
original disk. If you have an earlier version of the AIW Radeon than 9000
series you need to download the Multimedia Center version 9.02 and use it as
9.06 is not apparently supported on these earlier chipsets according to this
part of their web
site.https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&folderID=27
with this statement "For ALL-IN-WONDER Series: NOTE: Supported on
ALL-IN-WONDER 9000 Series and newer. For older ALL-IN-WONDER products,
please use MMC 9.02."
I see that your original disk doesn't work with XP. What error messages are
you getting when you attempt to use it? If it is physically damaged, you
can order a new one from ATI for a nominal fee.
This web site has a pretty good section on reinstalling ATI drivers. It may
help. https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894
