Anyone who is having this problem we got it working again (ourselves hehehe).

When you restart simply press F8 again and again until you can select
safemode. Once in safemode go to control panel then add/remove programs. Then
find and click Windows Update : KB891711 to remove. It might not be named
that exactly but its somethnig along those lines. BUT: This does mean the
security update is removed from your computer....but at least you can get on
it

Restart and away you go.
