Then near the top click the Microsoft link.
As for your Microsoft quotes, they are out of context.
Put them back in the entire article.
Then notice it is referring to temporarily disabling SP-2 installation with
Automatic Update enabled.
For those with that tool and Automatic Update enabled, SP-2 has not been
installed.
Once that delay time expires, those with Automatic Update ENABLED will get
SP-2.
If you have Automatic Update disabled, you will NOT get SP-2.

The tool was intended for organizations with a large # of computers.
So they could keep AU enabled to get other Critical Updates while avoiding
SP-2 while they completed testing.
