problem with WU (error 0x8DDD0004)

Hi
I have Windows XP SP2 (final build) and I have one problem with Windows
Update
it display me error nr. 0x8DDD0004

here is some lines from windowsupdate.log (It`s seem there is error with
some service but how to fix it?? )
