Automatic Update says it installs this update. It says "Install complete."
It shows up in Add/Remove Programs as Internet Explorer Q889293. However, at
restart it says, "Could not upgrade one or more system files before starting.
 Widonws could not upgrade the file %1 from %2
%1:%2" with this message repeated 6 times.

Automatic update then keeps notifying me of this update ready to be installed.

Any help?
