Yes this solved it for me also. now when I hit the Update site it shows a
window on the right that says "Automatic updates turned on" . I had
previously set this to "Notify me but don't automatically download or install
them" I was surprised that this error # was not listed in the "Windows
Update Troubleshooter" messages.
