    With that setting, you will no longer be able to use Windows Update,
    Automatic or Manual.
    Better to disable Automatic Updates in Control Panel:
    Right click My Computer
    Click Properties
    Click Automatic Updates tab.
    Make selections as desired.

    To delete what Windows Update has downloaded but not installed, follow step
