I have a similar problem after patching WinXP Pro with SP2.
(using WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe)

On:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/samples/author/dhtml/DXTidemo/DXTidemo.htm
the "Filters" have no effect anymore, when ticking "Transitions" and
hitting the "Play" button I get the error msg:

---------------------------
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 484
Error: The specified module could not be found.

---------------------------

The debugger points me to the Line 484:
"imgObj.filters[0].apply();"

I did re-install the Microsoft® Windows® Script latest version and
reregister the jscript + the Urlmon.dll file.
The Security Level for the "Internet zone" is set to "Medium".

Being a web designer I'm more than desperate.
