What is the problem? Microsoft does not own, distribute or
support Netscape. Maybe the Netscape server has the
problem. Why not ask them.

|I am trying to download your free netscape navigator 7.2
download and it
| gets to a certain point in the download with this error
message:
| "Setup has encountered a network problem and has paused
the download.
| If you've just lost your connection, please click Resume
once your network
| has been
| reestablished". I've never lost my connection and
everytime I hit Resume
| I get this message again. What is the problem?

| When replying I need step by step instructions on what I
need to do. don't
| just say for example "That's usually a profile-related
problem - dig around
| in your
| C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\ directory for the profile and
rename it.
| Or run Netscape's profile Manager and create a new one".
|
| In this case, what profile? How would I run Netscapes
profile's Mgr.?
