Can somebody please pass this on to Bill Gates.

I spent several 100 bucks on buying programs from Microsoft, I'm patient to
use their updates to get my computer to be safe, when I ran into problem I
use this discussion group to sort out my problem and what do I get??

Link to pages who thinks I'm a computer expert, I'm not. I'm a normal user,
I got some skills but I don't have the time to educate myself into a hacker
skills.

I want a straight answer what to do.

I can't get any updates, to fix the issues which you did not manage to fix
when you did the prgrm, which I paid 100 for. Where is your customer service.

With the best regards,

Lars Sundback
