Hi
Your log file looks fine.
Try this:
Start with disabling the "Ad Watch" thing in Adaware and everything
else of always-running modules in Adaware.
Also a utility called "BugOff" (does/(did close some unpatched security
holes in IE) can cause this. I guess similar application can also cause
this.
If the above didn't help, try this:
Re-register the Urlmon.dll file
Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 urlmon.dll in the Open box,
and then click OK.
and/or check your Internet Explorer Security Settings:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Internet Web content zone icon.
5. Click Custom Level.
6. In the Reset to box, click Medium.
7. Click Reset.
8. Click OK.
