Internet doens't work after install update

Hello,
After I installed the sp2 I lost access to internet in a notebook I have in
the office.
Before that, it was ok, but now when I connect to the internet explorer and
write down the url, internet explorer searches but gives an error saying that
he can't find that web page.
The network connection is ok, because I already tested it.
Can someone help me in order to know what's going on.
