Windows update with vs 4 and Windows 2003

WE are unable to update the windows 2003 enterprise servers for some reason
as of exactly two months ago. I know MS updated their vs. to 5 but all wwe
get is a conenction error and to send MS the error # which is 0x80190193. We
have tried re-registering the .dll's and checked our DNS settings..all other
sites work and our clients can get to the update site just not our
servers..why? There are no GPO settings that would deny the servers from
reaching the site..
Anyone??
